I’ve learned long ago to just delete some words from my vocabulary. “I’m depressed” doesn’t have a place when there’s too much to be thankful for. And “I’m overwhelmed” just means you need to slow down and prioritize your life.
I miss being overwhelmed. This pandemic has taken care of that one. On any given day in my office (before Covid-19), I’d be working on 20-30 different projects. Today I’m lucky if I’ve got 5 to work on in a week. But now I’m set on a goal to get back to what you may deem overwhelmed. Having a lot going on in your life is a good thing.
